Our unlimited warranty?

All of our customer and commercial care packages receive a unlimited warranty. What this means is that all of our services we provide costs you nothing since you would already be paying for either a monthly or Yearly subscription.

Our Limited warranty?

Limited Warranty. As its name implies, a limited warranty is limited to just the specified service we perform on your system. When you choose to select the flat rate service instead of our popular Care package services, you will receive a 1-month limited warranty only.

When you mention Devices what do you mean by this?

Devices as in Desktop Computers, laptops or tablets

What is Remote service?

Remote service is a secure, auditable gateway for our agents to troubleshoot problems, perform maintenance, assist with user operations, and monitor your device’s performance. With your permission, we will remotely access your device without you having to leave the comfort of your home or business.

Do I have to pay for a monthly subscription?

No, but people prefer the care package since it covers everything and they always have an ongoing warranty! Instead of you only paying one time and getting a 1-month warranty. You will have peace mind knowing you are always covered. 

 

Is hardware parts included with any repairs?

No, replacement parts are additional 

What If I cancel my Residential package prior to my monthly commitment?

Canceling prior to your monthly subscription you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance on the flat rate of $99 per device.

What if I cancel my business package prior to my monthly commitment?

Canceling prior to your monthly subscription you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance on the flat rate of $199 per device.

I just paid for service how long will it take to be contacted?

A CJB agent will contact you within 24 hours or less

What does flat service mean?

Flat service means we charge only a one time labor charge and nothing more..
