All of our customer and business care packages receive a unlimited warranty. What this means is that all of our services we provide costs you nothing since you would already be paying for either a monthly or Yearly subscription.

Limited Warranty. As its name implies, a limited warranty is limited to just the specified service we perform on your system. When you choose to select the flat rate service instead of our popular Care package services, you will receive a 1-month limited warranty on the work performed to your device.

Remote service is a secure, auditable gateway for our agents to troubleshoot problems, perform maintenance, assist with user operations, and monitor your device’s performance. With your permission, we will remotely access your device without you having to leave the comfort of your home or business.
No, but people prefer the care package since it covers everything and they always have an ongoing warranty! Instead of you only paying one time and getting a 1-month warranty. You will have peace mind of knowing you are always covered.
No, replacement parts are additional
Canceling prior to your monthly subscription commitment you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance on the flat rate of $99 per device.

Flat service means we charge only a one time labor charge and nothing more..
If you cancel your subscription you will no longer have a warranty, and if ever you have an issue you will need to pay the full labor cost on your devices. ( per device)
Your Care package subscription will protect you from anything being a virus or you needing work done on your device. There will be NO labor charges when you have this plan in place.

within 48 hours of your renewal date so that CJB COMPUTER REPAIR can terminate any future payments and automatic renewals.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AND YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE 48 HOURS OF THE RENEWAL DATE, AND YOU REQUEST A CANCELATION AFTER YOUR CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED, THERE WILL BE A $50 CANCELATION FEE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR REFUND.
Yes, If I have to drive to your home or business I charge a small $35 Onsite fee on top of the service fee.
